Refund and Cancelation Policy
Refund Policy:
Refunds at Private and Easy Mobile Testing Solutions are subject to our discretion and may include administrative and handling fees. Partial payments and deposits are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued once services are completed or if your DNA kit or supplies have been shipped.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or failure to provide accurate information that leads to delays or complications in testing.
Refunds will only be granted if an error occurs on our end after DNA samples have been collected by our Mobile DNA Collection Specialist. For example, if the Collection Specialist mishandles samples, a refund may be issued. Refunds will not be granted for any issues arising before sample collection or for delays in results.
Refunds, if granted, will be processed within 7–10 business days of approval.
Rescheduling Policy:
Clients may reschedule their appointment once without any additional fees, provided the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $50 fee.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made more than 48 hours after payment are not eligible for full refunds. A $75 cancellation fee applies if canceled after the 48-hour period. (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. Bank Holidays)
If a full payment is made and the appointment is later canceled, a $25 cancellation fee applies for after-birth DNA testing, and a $200 non-refundable cancellation fee applies for non-invasive prenatal testing.
If Private and Easy Mobile Testing Solutions requires a sample recollection and the participant is unable or unwilling to comply, no refund will be issued. The test can only be rescheduled.
Chargebacks:
Any chargebacks initiated after services have been rendered will be formally disputed to the fullest extent permissible by law. The client may also be held responsible for additional fees or costs incurred as a result of the chargeback.

All DNA testing services provided by Private and Easy Mobile Testing Solutions have estimated completion times discussed at the time of testing. While results often finish earlier than expected, they may occasionally exceed estimated timelines. Once testing is initiated, refunds will not be issued.
